全部倒装：老师讲过如果主语是人称代词，则不用倒装. 那么：
   The  door  opened  and  in  came  the  teacher.     如果这句话的主语改成用人称代词，那么是
          The  door  opened  and  in  she  came.  为什么不是The  door  opened  and  she  came  in.
