  Human resources are the first ones. Faced with the development tread of world closer economic intergration.Meet the requirements of China's accession to WTO.Response to increaseingly fierce international competition.We should focus on human resourses mangement is people oriented.Studies have shown an effective incentive mechanism is a kind of weapon that small and medium enterprises and human resource mangement departments can be managed and with excellent talents.It can be unified staffs'edeas,concepts,behaviors and motivate members to make more progress.They will jointly contribute to the development--oriented enterprises.In this paper,the connotation of clear private enterprises on the basis of western mangement theory changes a review of content and incentives related to the concept of incentives to private enterprise problems,principals,etc to do the analysis.
  Finally,I focus on the existing problems of private enterprise employees in incentives,took western mangement incentive theory as a guide,combined with the status of private enterprises to develop strategies to achieve effective to attract talents,vetain talents,to maximize the effect.
